his
series of works is Elliott's venture into a three dimensional medium that offers
an opportunity to display her command of the palate of high fired stoneware and
the graphic skills which she developed in her years as an oil painter. The works
below are all made in the same stoneware clay and are decorated with glazes used
on our functional pottery plus slips and glazes which are devoted to this
project.. Each of the largerPAINTINGS IN
CLAY is mounted on a 5/8ths sheet of plywood and framed. Smaller
works such as the faces hang from attached wire. Prices available on
